Closure Notification
Healthe Care Australia will be decommissioning the business, and Blackwood River Clinic will cease to operate. This includes both the private day hospital along with the Sky Lakes Retreat accommodation.
Alternative arrangements have been made for any planned patient admissions to comparable programs at Healthe Care’s other mental health hospitals – Abbotsford Private Hospital (West Leederville) and the Marian Centre (Wembley).
Requests for medical records
All requests to access Blackwood River Clinic medical records are required in writing.
